What does everyone use for movies and series as a separate app dedicated to this? Cinema HD no longer works for me.

There is a similar app which has taken it's spot. Its called Cinema HQ and the downloader code for that app is: 730987

I know a lot of people say Stremio is good but I didn't think much of it with real-debrid links.

I highly suggest if you decide to use Cinema HQ which is great, it's better with Real-Debrid links and without you'll still get links for what you're looking for, but the quality won't be good compared to real-debrid ones.

I have also had a look and I am currently testing an app called ClipBox and it seems really good. It doesn't require you to go through multiple links, its one click and play. Seems the best alternative so far for Cinema HD, I know Cinema HQ is pretty much Cinema HD but at least there is no constant look for the perfect stream when the ClipBox gets you the best ones without the hassle. This may be one for you to also check out @Hyposaur

I have tried out both and my preference is ClipBox because its less messing about. It all comes down to as well if you are paying for those Real-Debrid links, if you are then it won't be the app for you as there doesn't seem to be anywhere to insert, if this is incorrect, I hope someone will tell me how to do it because I can't figure it out if you can.
